The presentation introduced the INOVACEL project and explored how cellular agriculture could contribute to the development of more sustainable food production systems. This was followed by a very stimulating and engaging discussion with the students.
It is exciting to see the strong interest of the next generation of scientists in exploring alternative protein sources and innovative approaches to food production!
