will compare the use of conventional fetal bovine serum with Cell Bloom, an innovative serum alternative derived from microalgae.<br><br>By quantifying the environmental impacts, we can support process optimisation and guide the development of more sustainable, ethical and scalable solutions for cellular aquaculture.<br><br>Innovation is not only about creating new solutions, but it is also
