Eunice Fong holds a bachelor’s degree in marine biology and a master's degree in biotechnology.

Her research has focused on cell culture, involving the development of fish-derived cell lines, as well as the bioremediation of cell culture effluents using different species of microalgae.

As part of the INOVACEL project, she is dedicated to establishing new marine organisms-derived cell lines, including their maintenance, characterization and cryopreservation.
