During the kick-off of the SEANERGIES project on cellular aquaculture, we had the opportunity to present INOVACEL to high school students.

In a session integrated into the public initiative “SEANERGIES and the Society: for Food & Future”, titled “Quando la scienza diventa cibo”, held at the Fondazione Dohrn – DaDoM Museum.

The presentation was delivered by Joana Rosa, researcher at S2AQUAcoLAB, highlighting the innovation and potential of cultivated meat and the role microalgae can play in supporting this sector, inspiring the next generation of scientists and innovators.
