The INOVACEL project took part in the Oeiras Bluetech Ocean Forum 2026, an international event dedicated to the challenges and opportunities of the blue economy, bringing together industry leaders, researchers, investors, entrepreneurs and policymakers.
As part of the Demo Day, which showcased the outcomes of the Hub Azul Venture Building and Hub Azul Acceleration programmes, Joana Rosa presented a pitch highlighting the commercialisation and market potential of the technologies being developed within the INOVACEL project.
Participation in the Hub Azul Venture Building programme provided an opportunity to showcase the project’s technological potential, strengthening prospects for knowledge transfer, market uptake and the valorisation of its scientific results.
The event also highlighted the importance of collaboration between science, innovation, investment and business to accelerate innovative and sustainable solutions for ocean-related sectors.
