The future of sustainable protein – from cell to dish

Cellular aquaculture is a promising field that could change the way we produce seafood.

The partners in the INOVACEL project are committed to sustainability and are working to improve this process with a view to introducing new products to the market that do not compromise the natural resources available in the environment.

From a single cell, a new way of feeding the world is born – less pressure on ecosystems, more sustainable protein on the dish.
